Aurelia began with a question we kept returning to in design reviews: what does calm require of a building? Circulation, daylight, and sound were modeled before finishes were named, so the residence feels coherent when you move through it, not decorated when you arrive.

Material logic

Spaces that hold silence as well as square footage.

Plaster, stone, and oak were specified for temperature, texture, and how they behave over years, not months. Plans separate the energy of entertaining from the quiet of sleeping quarters; terraces read as outdoor rooms, not leftover balconies.
