Request introductionCoral Gables, Florida
A limited collection of private residences where wellness is written into the plan: thermal bathing, movement, and outdoor rooms arranged for daily life. Nothing here competes for attention; the architecture is asked to do the persuading.
Philosophy
Aurelia was conceived as a retreat inside the city: fewer homes, more air, and spaces that respect how a week actually unfolds. Materials were chosen for hand and horizon: cool stone underfoot, oak that quiets sound, daylight that moves across a room like weather.
Privacy is handled through planning: separation between guest and family zones, discreet service paths, acoustics that favor conversation over echo. Confidence, in this building, doesn’t announce; it holds the line.
Signature amenities
A continuous wellness spine connects thermal suites, training rooms, and outdoor lounges, so moving through the building feels intuitive, never like visiting someone else’s hotel.
Thermal & hydrotherapy circuit
Heat, cold, and mineral soak sequenced for recovery: appointments kept, corridors kept quiet.
Movement & breath studios
Strength, Pilates, and guided breathwork with scheduling that honors your calendar and your boundaries.
Sunrise pool & garden lounge
Loungers set within layered planting: mornings in sun, afternoons in shade, evenings under canopy.
Chef’s salon & cellar evenings
Small-format dining and tastings for residents and guests, hosted with care, not performance.
Residences
Gallery entries, working kitchens, and primary suites treated as suites: rooms with roles, not labels left to interpretation.

Morning light in the studio. Midday stillness in the thermal suite. Air on the terrace after hours. Wellness at Aurelia is operated with the same rigor as security and landscape: present, maintained, never shouted.
